Shipping Time
• In-stock items will be shipped within 1–2 business days. Please contact Mylsco to confirm stock availability.
 • Custom-made products require 7 to 15 business days for production before shipping.
• Orders are fulfilled by warehouses located across various states.

Shipping Method
• USPS is the default shipping carrier.
• USPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• For international orders or locations not serviceable by USPS, an alternative courier will be used.
• Please provide a physical address to avoid delivery delays.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal, the buyer will be responsible for:
• Shipping costs incurred
• Applicable taxes or fees
• Risk of loss or damage during return transit

Carrier Substitution
If an alternative shipping method offers a delivery time equal to or faster than USPS,
Mylsco reserves the right to use a different carrier.

Free Shipping & Additional Charges
• Orders over $30 and under 1.5 kg qualify for free shipping and tax exemption
• Any overweight or oversized fees (if applicable) will be notified via email within 1–2 business days.
• Please check your email for these charges. Failure to pay within 10 days will result in the order being returned.

Order Cancellation & Modifications
• Order cancellations will incur a credit card processing fee, meaning a full refund is not possible.
• Canceling items, merging orders, or modifying shipping addresses/preferences may affect your free shipping eligibility.
• Not applicable to previous purchases.
• Promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
